Can I send this is a gift?

I need to change shipping address?

That's no problem at all. Create a ticket through our support system and we'll have the team reach out to confirm your new address!

What is inside the envelope?

Each envelope contains a multi-page story in a unique comic style, with interactive puzzles, riddles and learning. A colouring in activity sheet, fun fact sheet, collectables and more are tucked inside!  It is a complete storytelling experience.

What's the mailing process?

We send out letters twice a month. On the 1st of each month and once again on the 15th. If you order in the first half of the month, expect to go out in the mailing group on the 15th. If you order after that date, expect your letters to be shipped out on the 1st of the following month.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, we offer a monthly subscription, 6 payments over the length of the story.

What age is this best for?

Our stories are written for kids aged 7–12. Younger readers (7-8) might need a little help from a friend or family member to get started. We encourage doing this as a shared experience! We also have lots of fun loving adults who enjoy our letters.

What if there are multiple recipients?

You can purchase multiple stories, we offer bundle discounts for doing so. You can select different delivery addresses in the gifting optionality at checkout.

Can I choose when the first letter arrives?

Yes - you can specify a start date at checkout so the first letter arrives right on their birthday, special event or whenever works best.
